getting you anywhere, you could benefit from working with a health coach. We work with people who want to lose weight, get or stay physically fit, or manage health conditions such as diabetes and high cholesterol. In addition to working on the physical component of your wellness, we partner with you to help you improve your emotional well-being, reduce stress, and make positive, lasting changes in your diet and lifestyle. Instead of struggling to take on physically and emotionally challenging changes by yourself, you can work one-on-one with a professional to create a tailored plan that will help you set and meet your goals.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
We will review your goals, strengths, motivators and challenges based on you. We will create a wellness vision and steps to achieve success. You will receive information on the benefits of exercise and proper nutrition, if that is what you need. We will explore what wellness means to you and why it is important. We will identify short and long term goals and how we will attain those realistic goals. This can be done via Skype, Zoom, email or in person if you live in the Southeastern WI area.

Improving your health and wellness if life-changing and it takes time, it is recommended working with your health coach over time to help you implement major changes in your approach to diet, self-care and exercise habits.
I coach individuals of all ages, sizes and genders by partnering with them to achieve their health and wellness goals, my specialty is individuals 50 and older.
As a health coach, I am a guide and you are in the driver’s seat. And I will guide
you through barriers/limitations, widening comfort zones, connecting your intentions with
your desired outcomes.

Ongoing sessions can be done weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly. We will review your progress, ask questions, find solutions, gain insight and make new goals.
